Requirement Status is considering N/A statuses as TODO, affecting the real status of the Requirement in a Test Plan scope

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a story (S1)
2. Create two tests (T1 and T2)
3. Add both tests to story
4. create a test plan (TP1)
5. Add T1 to the test plan
6. Execute it in the context of the test plan setting the execution status to PASS
7. Check the Requirement Status of the S1:
   Expected Result:
   Requriement Status should be OK for the scope of TP1
   Actual Result:
   Requirement Status is NOTRUN for the scope of TP1
