Improve the Zephyr to Xray migration process by minimizing possible jira related errors through on the fly adjustments or warnings

Adjust the Zephyr to Xray migration process to include Jira-related blockers that prevent the edit/move of issues from Zephyr to Xray, allowing users to adjust information on the fly or warning users about a possible problem, such as:

• User assignee inactive prevents migration - allow users to select new assignee or assign issues to the person running the migration
• Different workflows for the Test issue types  may prevent the migration - adjust the workflow in background
• The Edit screen on the Test issue types has to have all the needed fields in it - hidding a field such as Issue Type will prevent the migration - warn users or even allow users to grant permission for the migration process to adjust the screens
• Having custom fields mapped as required may prevent the migration - warn users or allow users to  grant permission for the migration process to adjust the screens

The idea is to either allow users to adjust data during the process or at least provide a warning during the migration about possible problems related to missing/incorrect/invalid data and settings in Jira.
