Zephyr migration tool does not convert Zephyr to Xray Test Issue Type if the Issue Type system field is not present in the Edit Issue Operation Screen

Workaround:

• Add the Issue Type system field to the screen associated with the EDIT operation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to project settings
2. Configure the screen associated with the EDIT operation, for the Zephyr Issue Type
3. Remove the Issue Type system field
4. Run the Zephyr Migration Tool
5. The tool says the Tests were migrated successfully but the Issue Type weren't migrated - Sometimes the Zephyr tests will be associated with the Xray Test Plans

The migration tool should not allow to select the project where the Issue Type is not present in the EDIT operation screen
