As a machine, webhooks are triggered whenever an Xray association is performed in Xray issues

As a machine, webhooks are triggered whenever an Xray association is performed in Xray issues.

Currently, it happens with the association between the Tests and the Test Executions. This suggestion is to have it in all Xray associations.

In Jira, it is possible to trigger webhooks and it would be helpful that Xray allows the triggering of such webhooks when Xray issue association is performed.
Example: Add Test Executions to Test Plan

Additionally, when these associations happen, it also should update the History and the Updated custom field (if it is not doing it already).
