    Description

      A new endpoint must be provided by Xray to allow REST API users to configure a given project with the Xray issue types, fields and screens.

      It must be possible for users to choose if they want to use the current project's issue type scheme for adding the Xray issue types or copy the existing scheme and add the Xray issue types.

      For the Xray issue screens, it must be possible to configure if clients want to use the default issue screen scheme, or create a new one (for Xray issue types).
