Add the possibility to configure an existing project by adding Xray issue type to the current issue type scheme or by creating a new issue type scheme

Currently, when using the action "Add Xray issue types" within the project settings, Xray will automatically add the Xray issue types into the current issue type scheme. If the current scheme is shared, then Xray will be modifying other projects as well.

Xray must provide an option for users to choose:

• Create a new issue type scheme based on the existing scheme with the Xray issue types
• Use the current issue type scheme (current option)
