      Description
      When exporting a Traceability Report into CSV whose project name has # character in the name, the CSV is empty.

      How to reproduce

      1. Create a Requirement Project with the name #Project_Agile_V2
      2. Create sample Requirements
      3. Filter the report using a JQL Project=#Project_Agile_V2.
      4. Generate the Traceability report.
      5. Export it into a CSV

      Actual result/Attachments

      The CSV file is empty

      Expected result

      All the information should be exported.
