In Test Executions/Test Plans, in the filter section, the filter is not bringing the correct results when filtering it by Assignee.

Description
The basic filters in the Test Execution and Test Plans Screen are not bringing the expected results when filtering it by Assignee 

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. In the issue Test Execution/Test Plan, add some tests to it
2. In this Tests issues, add a different assignee
3.  Back to the Test Execution issue, click on the filters button, to filter tests within the Test Execution issue
4. In basic filters, click on the Assignee option and type a user who you added on the Test issue as an assignee, then click on the button Test run assignee add the same user you added on the Assignee. 
5. After adding the users on the Assginnee and on the Test Run assignee, click on the button Apply. 

Actual result/Attachments
Even if you select to display only a certain use, it will show all the results. ** 

Expected result
After adding the users you want to filter, it should display the results as requested.
