In EDIT mode in Test Run List gadget - Test Run Assignee is displayed in Userkey format (JIRAUSER###)

Description:- 

Once we add the Test Run List gadget on the dashboard and save the configuration for Test Run Assignee, then again go back in Edit mode, the User name appears as JIRAUSER###
In the Gadget title as well. 
As we can observe in the screenshot attached, the left side, with no error, and the right side with the bug. 

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Add Gadget Test Run List, and add a filter for Test Run Assignee and click on save. 
2. Edit the same and then check.

The name should appear as it is.
