When clicking the Xray buttons, the page moves to the top

Description
In a Requirement or Test Plan issue, when clicking on "Add Tests" or the "Execute" button, the page moves to the top.

Pre-conditions
Connecting to Jira through a remote session on Jira 9.

How to reproduce

1. Connecting to Jira(Jira 9) through a remote session. [Update: this is also replicable without a remote session]
2. Go to Test Plan or Requirement
3. Click on the Execute button (play button) or Add Tests.

Actual result/Attachments
When clicking on the Execute from Test Plan or Add Tests/Execute button from a Requirement, the screen moves to the top of the Test Plan page.

Expected result
When clicking on the Execute button, it should redirect to the Test Run page
