Document Generator doesn't export when running in Java 17

Xporter doesn't export when running in Java 17 (introduced in Jira 9.11)

Steps to reproduce:

• Install Java 17 on the machine where you will run the new Jira env
• Create a new Jira env
• Set the JAVA_HOME variable to use Java 17
• Start the Jira env, and check if the JAVA_HOME is assigned with Java 17
• Install the Xray, go to issue search, and create a new report with Document Generator.

Actual result:

Progress always remains at 0% and there are no errors in the Atlassian-jira.log logs, but it is possible to find errors in Catalina.out.

Expected Result:

The report should be generated successfully.
