Test case designer does not consider Jira context path

If Jira is sitting on a context path for example abc.com/jira, Oauth request from TCD will not consider this even if this is added in the URL on TCD side.

Steps
1) Have Jira on a context path

2) Configure TCD

3) Open TCD from Jira

Expected
The consent screen should show up (if first time) / user should be able to access TCD

Actual
A 404 is received on the client side
