Testing board error: Server Error - Error fetching user groups

Description: Users are getting an error on the testing board: Server Error - Error fetching user groups.

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Click on Testing board.
2. A blank page shows up with an error, as shown below

Actual result/Attachments

Expected result: Testing board should work.

Workaround: If we remove all the groups from AI HUB in Xray global settings, it starts to work. However, this is not an ideal workaround.
