Test Cases button is disabled if the Test work item type name is renamed

    Description

      If the Test work item type is renamed, the Test Cases button becomes disabled for all users, preventing access to the AI feature.{}

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Log in as an admin user
      2. Rename the Test work item type to something else
      3. Log in as any user
      4. Go to the Testing Board

      Actual Result: The Test Cases button is disabled 

      Expected Result: The Test Cases button is available
