    Description

      As a user, I cannot associate Test Executions to Read-Only Test Plans.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Set up a workflow status (for instance "Closed") as Read-Only using the property "jira.issue.editable" with the value "false",
      • Go to a Test Plan and change the status to the Read-Only status (for instance "Closed"). The Test Plan can no longer be edited, as expected.
      • Go to a Test Execution and try to add it to the Test Plan. It should not be possible.
