Description
When the workflow status of the Test Plan/Test Set/Test Execution is "Closed" it should not be possible to associate Tests to them. Currently even if the status of these entities is closed, it's possible to do this association if it's done from the Test or Test Repository/Test Plan Board.
Steps to Reproduce
