The pre-filled fields when creating a Test from a particular requirement should be configurable

There should be a configuration page in the Xray administration section where users could choose what fields (system or custom fields) should be copied to the test when creating it from a requirement.

The summary and description fields should also be configurable instead of copying the requirement's summary/description and adding the prefix "Tests".
