Number of defects in the Test Executions Report is inconsistent with Test Runs report when deleting an issue from Jira

Short Description: Number of defects in the Test Executions Report is inconsistent with Test Runs Report when deleting an issue from Jira.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Create a Test Run and associate from defects to it
2 - Verify the number of defects
3 - Navigate to the Test Executions report and verify that the number of defects match the ones in the Test Run
4 - Now, delete one of the defects from Jira
5 - Navigate again to the Test Execution report

Actual Result: The number of defects is inconsistent between the Test Execution report and Test Runs report, since in the Execution reports the number is still displayed but in the Test Runs it is not.

Expected Result: The number of defects should be consistent between screens and reports.
