    Description

Short Description: When an issue that is associated to a Test Run is deleted from Jira, an invalid link warning the user that the issue does not exist should be added to the Test Run page. This will oblige the user to remove the link between the issue and the Test Run, which will keep the number of defects consistent between the test run and the test executions list report.

      Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Create a Test Run and associate from defects to it
2 - Verify the number of defects
3 - Navigate to the Test Executions report and verify that the number of defects match the ones in the Test Run
4 - Now, delete one of the defects from Jira
5 - Navigate the test run again and the test executions list report

Actual Result: The number of defects is inconsistent with the Test Run and when clicking on it, it is not possible to see the existing ones due to the one that was deleted

Expected Result: The number of defects should be consistent between screens, therefore a new invalid issue link is added to the test execution to oblige the user to remove the association between the issues. In this way, the numbers are kept consistent for now.
