Defect/Sub-Defect created from the Test Step is not copying all the attachments, if there are too many attachments.

Description:

When creating a Sub-Defect, if the number of attachments is too high, the Test Step Defect fails to copy all attachments from the Test Run.

Pre-conditions:

Create a Manual Test with a large number of Test Steps and Step Attachments. Run the Test and attach a larger number of Actual Results/Test Step Evidence.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Defect or a Sub-Defect from a Test Step. Ensure that you create a Defect from the latter Steps such that we have more attachments from the earlier Steps.

Actual result/Attachments:

All the attachments from the Test Steps or Test Step Evidence are not copied. We get the following error:

Error cloning attachmentsSome attachments might not have been cloned to the defect issue(s). 

Expected result:

All the attachments are to be copied.
