GenAI: Tests are not being added into the selected folder

Description
When attempting to add Tests to a selected folder, they are not being placed inside the chosen folder as expected. Instead, the Tests remain outside or do not appear in the designated folder structure.

How to reproduce

The test is not being added;

Expected result
It should add the Test to the selected folder

Workaround
Add the Test manually
