AI tests are not uploaded to the repository if the "create subfolders from topics" option is enabled

Preconditions: 

1. AI Feature is enabled in Settings

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Testing Board > Test Repository
2. On the upper right corner, Click the "Test Cases" button beside the Create button
3. Set Test Type dropdown to Cucumber > Enter test requirements value in text area > Click Generate Test Cases button

1. Once cases are generated enable Create subfolders from topics option > Click Review and edit
2. Click Create Test Cases > Observe the system behavior

Actual Result: After creating the tests, they don't upload to the repository. The page freezes in the loading mode
