[In-app support] Server/DC defects

Case 1

Steps:

• Click on the Contact Support option in the left nav-bar
• Click on the following option - Migration Technical Support

Actual result:

• The Xray Server/DC version is not being fetched
  

Expected result:

• The Xray Server/DC version must be fetched

Need to update message under Xray Service Desk:

See attached image: Xray Service Desk
Please change current message "Opens Xray Service Desk in other browser window" to
"Open Xray Service Desk for any other issues".
